MISSION STATEMENT
The Millwood Enrichment Foundation supports and enhances the
educational experiences of students, staff, and the community.
OUR VISION...
Is for the Millwood Enrichment Foundation to be recognized for its
ongoing support of programs, which have measurably improved the quality
of education in our community, and for contributing to a culture of
excellence, caring, and achievement.
OUR PURPOSEā¦
To benefit teachers that have ideas that beforehand had to be set aside for
lack of funds are now implemented. Creative programs that enhance the
learning experience dare now encouraged and rewarded.
Millwood Enrichment Foundation Scholarship
Rules, Regulations and Eligibility Requirements
The applicant must be a Millwood High School graduating senior at the time the application is submitted.
The applicant must submit an official transcript of high school credits and ACT/ SAT scores.
The applicant must complete each item on the application form.
The applicant must upload an essay from two or three type written pages, one inch margins, double space explaining educational goals, career plans and reason(s) for applying for the scholarship.
Two letters of reference, one in which a school official (counselor or administrator) and must be uploaded with application.
Application must be completed and received by May 8, 2020. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Recipients of the award will be notified by May 14, 2020. The decision of the selection committee is final.
The $1,000 award will be made payable to the winner at the rate $500 per semester provided that the winner maintains a 2.75 grade point average or above as transcripted in the following semester of post-secondary school and provides proof of enrollment.
