Happy New Year! We hope everyone enjoyed winter break. We look forward to welcoming scholars back to school tomorrow, January 3, 2024. Tomorrow, all students should be in school uniform. Our weekly dress out will resume next week.

Good Evening Arts Academy Families, Again, we thank you for your support this year. Middle school brings many challenges yet our students continue to persevere because of your support. Tomorrow, November, 2, 2023, students may dress out for one dollar. Please no tights, no holes, no crocs, and no bubble slides. Parents please make sure students are on time to class daily. Students should be on campus no later than 8:00a.m daily. Lastly, on this Friday, November, 3rd, 2023, all students will be virtual working on google classroom assignments. Please make sure students have their chromebooks at school so they can be charged and sent home with students tomorrow. Have an amazing Week!!!

Good Evening Arts Academy Families, Falcon Day: is Tomorrow, October 23, 2023 6th Grade: White Shirts 7th Grade: Blue Shirts 8th Grade: Red Shirts With Jeans Tomorrow, Monday, October 23,  is our Middle School Homecoming Game vs Crossing Christian. The game will begin promptly @5pm and the Homecoming Coronation will take place during Halftime of the game. The Royal Court Coronation Ceremony will take place tomorrow, @2pm. All Royal Court Families are invited to attend.  The Coronation Ceremony will take place in the Auditorium. Families can arrive around 1:45 p.m. and will be allowed to sit in the middle section.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Good Evening Arts Academy Families, We want to say thank you for an impressive turnout for our Dinner and Data Night. If you missed it there will be another one in the spring of 2024. All students may dress out tomorrow for Free. (No Dollar is needed) . We will have Parent Teacher Conferences beginning Tomorrow Evening from 5pm - 8pm and on Thursday morning, from 8am until 12pm. We are expecting 100% turnout so please do your best to join us. Fall Break starts Thursday, October, 12 and continues Friday, October, 13 and Monday, October, 16. Students return to school on Tuesday, October, 17. We hope to see everyone tomorrow night starting at 5:00 pm or Thursday Morning, staring at 8:00 am. Enjoy your evening and thank you in advance.

On tomorrow, October 5, 2023, starting at 7p.m. Millwood’s Senior Class will be sponsoring a Movie Night for the Middle School students.  The cost is $5.00 for Pre-Sale Tickets and $7.00 @ the door.  A Consent form must be signed.  All students must be off campus no later than 9:30 p.m.

Middle & High School Announcement "Attention Millwood Middle and High School families, we are hosting a "Dinner and Data" event next week on Tuesday, October 10 from 6:30 - 8pm in the high school cafeteria. This event will give parents and guardians the opportunity to learn and discuss your students' benchmarks, their results and what they mean. This is an RSVP event therefore you MUST register before Thursday, October 5th in order for you to have your child's results printed and prepared for you. Parents: Don’t delay your child’s immunizations. Protecting your child against serious vaccine-preventable diseases, such as measles, chicken pox, and whooping cough, will help keep your child safe. Millwood Community Health Clinic offers free childhood vaccinations by appointment. Please call 405-486-0556 to schedule your child’s appointment.

Good evening Arts Academy Families. We cant believe it has been 7 weeks since school has started. We want to thank you for your continued support for the Arts Academy. On tomorrow, Thursday, September, 28th, 2023, students may dress out for $1.00. Please make sure the student follows Arts Academy Dress Code. Band students will have a perfomance in the morning. Students will need to check in with Mr. Pete for attendance. All band students are responsible for all assignments that they may miss during their performance. Teachers will continue to reach out to parents to discuss attendance and grades. Homecoming parade on tomorrow, Thursday, September 28th, 2023, will begin at 1:15 pm and end at 2:30 pm. Good evening Arts Academy Families, We have received many calls concerning Homecoming Events. Middle school will not participate in Spirit Week Activities. Middle school will have their own Homecomng in October. More information to come about this awesome event. Middle school students will be allowed to participate in the Homecoming Parade on this Thursday, September 28, 2023. Please stop by the office and pick up shirts and jackets that have been ordered for students. Reminder that all students should be in uniform after Friday, September, 29, 2023. Good evening Arts Academy Families,, Tomorrow, Thursday, September 21st, 2023. Students will be allowed to dress out for $1.00. Please follow Millwood Arts Academy dress code. No tights, no holes in pants (including the knees), no bubble shoes, crocs, or slides of any kind. All students who will be attending the field trip to the Oklahoma Science Museum must wear their Academy Shirt and Jeans or shorts. All families that have pre-ordered uniforms shirts may pick them up from the Arts Academy Office on this Friday. Office hours are from 8:00am -4:00pm.. Parents please make sure you have ordered your student a shirt by September 29th, 2023. Also we do a limited supply of Arts Academy Jackets and Millwood Sweatshirts still available. We will be accepting payment for shirts until the week of October 6, 2023. Mrs. James will collect money and please make sure you order the correct size for your student. We will also be able to process credit card payments. Sizes include: Adult Small Adult Medium Adult Lg Adult XL Adult 2X Shirts and sweatshirts are $17.00 Jackets are $25.00 We also have a few sweatshirts and Jackets available on campus.
